Type Of Samagra ID

There are two types of Samagra IDs one can create, which are following, Family ID and Member ID.

Family Samagra ID

Family ID is an 8-digit unique ID that displays the total number of members in a family. With this ID, it is possible to know their name as well as other details such as date of birth, schemes they are availing, and even their Member Samagra ID number.

Member Samagra ID

Member Samagra ID is an 8-digit unique ID that is usually for specific individuals where only the details of a particular member are available.

Step by Step Guide to Create Samagra ID

  1. Visit the official portal https://samagra.gov.in.
  2. Click on Register Family.
  3. To generate the aadhaar based OTP, you’ve to enter your aadhaar registered phone number.
  4. Now the system will automatically fetch the aadhaar based details.
  5. Fill the form with necessary details.
  6. Then upload all the required document’s scan copy.
  7. Then click on the Register option to get the request ID.
  8. Now navigate to search request for change by request id.
  9. After that enter the request ID, solve captcha, and click on get member details.
  10. Finally after the verification process, you’ll be notified through SMS and you’ll get your samagra ID number.
